Shipping Policy

We process and ship orders M-F, excluding holidays. Most orders placed before 12 PM EST will ship same day. Please allow up to 2-3 business days for orders to be processed before shipping. Your order may take longer to ship if we’re experiencing high order volume. You’ll get a notification and tracking number via email when a tracking number has been created. It may take a few hours for tracking to show updates after a label has been created, depending on the carrier.

On average, USA orders are delivered within 3-4 business days after fulfillment, sometimes sooner. Orders may take up to 2-3 business days to process before shipping.
